Surviving a zombie attack would very hard without weapons, so make sure you stock up. If you have followed my last tip a member of your team should have weapons training. With a bit of luck, they would also have access to firearms. If they don’t then here are my top 3 places to find your weapons. 

The first of my choices would be a military base. This is the obvious place to find guns, explosives and other weapons of zombie distruction (WZD). This would also be the perfect place to find a strong car and a lot of other survival gear. If there was a safe zone set up then the chances are it would be a military base. With a bit of luck, this will be the case and then your saved! If not, you can still find the things you need for your survival, so make sure a military base is the first place you go..

Number two on my list would be a farm. Most farms are in the middle of no where so it’s a lot less likely to unwanted undead around.  A lot of farmers tools could easily be used as WZDs. Your sure to find a lot of cutting tools, hammers and many more tools so stock up! A farmer isn’t a farmer without a gun or two so make sure you like everywhere. You may also find strong jeeps or 4x4s and a strong car is always a good idea.

My third choice would be a hard wear store. Although your chances of finding any firearms are slim and you’re less likely to find a strong car, a hard wear store is ideal for hand held weapons. With a countless supply of chainsaws, nail guns and blunt objects, a hard wear store is a weapons gold mine. Shop around and remember, its free!

Its also a good idea to add some armour to your car. If anyone in your team can weld it would be a huge advantage, if not don’t worry. Use what ever skill you have to attach sheets of metal to the side of your car and to the windows. Don’t be an idiot and over the whole of your window. It may make you safe from zombies but you will kill yourselves when crash into a tree.
