Top five live bands

Number Five - Biffy Clyro


The first time I saw Biffy there were supporting Muse at Wembley stadium. I’m not a Muse fan at all, I was just desperate to see Biffy and what better place than Wembley. The Scottish trio did not disappoint. I was amazed by the pure energy they had. Simon Neil seemed to be punching his guitar instead of strumming, that’s probably why he ended up snapping a string within just two songs. 

I have now seen Biffy five times and I have to say their best set was at Glastonbury 2011. It was the first major band I saw that weekend and I can’t think of a better way to start what turned out to be the best festival I have ever been to. The video I have posted is of the last few songs on their set list. Watching it is giving me post festival blues.

In The Last Two weeks I have been to Glastonbury Festival where I saw 20 Plus bands, Been to an exclusive Biffy Clyro acoustic gig and dvd premier and finally, I saw Foo Fighters play the best gig I have ever seen. It’s now time for sleep!

Glastonbury 2011

A week spending time with my girlfriend and a handful of my friends, seeing live music and lots of  crazy and surreal things at Glasto. It was one of the best weeks of my life and I spent a lot of it speechless.

If you have never been I recommend you do, at least once in your life.
